Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The following table outlines available methods and their standard transit times. Please note that transit times are business days and do not include order processing time. During promotional periods and holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended.

- Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the contiguous United States.
Order Processing
All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. While we strive to ensure all items in your order are shipped together, there may be instances where items are shipped separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Shipping Rates

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping service at no additional cost to you to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays in delivery once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the address provided. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or after failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping returned orders.
