What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in its original condition with tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original form of payment. After 30 days, we will issue merchandise credit for returns. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed.

What is your exchange policy?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

How do I return an online order?
To initiate a return, please visit our website and log into your account. From your order history, you can select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to print a prepaid return label. Pack the items securely in your original packaging, attach the label, and drop the package at any designated carrier location.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
We are constantly updating our inventory. Please use the “Notify Me” feature on the product page to receive an email alert if the item becomes available again.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. You will also receive shipping confirmation emails with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the method you select and your delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

My promotional code isn’t working. What should I do?
Please ensure that you have entered the code correctly and that it is being applied to the correct product categories, as some codes have specific terms and conditions. If the issue persists, please verify that the code has not expired.

How do I care for my Johnny Was product?
We recommend following the care instructions on the garment’s label. Each piece is unique, but we generally advise hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry to preserve the quality, color, and detailing of your garment.
